Description: Assisted walking with a platform walker, no leg braces. The PT is doing almost all of the moving of my legs and most of the help in locking out the knees. Occasionally, when I have enough muscle spasticity I can get my knees to lock up on my own. I concentrate on shifting my weight from side to side and trying to get a hip turn to bring to allow the legs to come forward. Much more fatiguing that using the leg braces, but more satisfying.
