Description: This is how I get down and back up from the floor using my leg braces. This is important in case I fall, so I can get back up by myself. I have a T12 complete spinal cord injury and use KAFO leg braces full time to get around. The only time I use a wheelchair is to get in the front of the line at amusement parks!
