Description: I'm a quadriplegic that suffers from Autonomic Dysreflexia. This means on a day like today it can be very dangerous for me. I'm in Montclair, NJ and this heat is very unbearable , almost 95 degrees and difficult to breathe. For people like ...myself, pouring clod water over my head helps a little. If you can avoid going out, do. If not, eat salads or fresh melons. And don't forget to drink water.
