Description: NRH's quad rugby team is a member of the United States Quad Rugby Association and is one of 50 teams thoughout the United States. Originally developed in Canada in 1977, quad rugby is a competitive game in which two teams of four players in wheelchairs attempt to maneuver the game ball over their opponent's goal line while in posession of the ball. Quad rugby is played primarily by individuals who have quadriplegia or those with cerebral palsy or post-polio syndrome. This clip includes highlights from the NRH team's game during a recent tournament.
