Michelle swimming the 50 free in a time trial at the Big East Quad Meet at UConn. She is red-shirting her sophomore year on the varsity swim team at Georgetown University. This race takes place less than 10 months after her injury, with only 2 months of swimming training. Michelle continues to improve her swimming ability, especially her kick. Her leg strength was compromised with her injury, and swimming is a great exercise to improve leg function.
Michelle is swimming the 100 Freestyle in an exhibition heat at the 2011 Bucknell Invitational Swim meet. She is red-shirting her sophomore year on the Georgetown University varsity swim team, to allow her to train and regain strength in her legs.
Jacuzzi is quite relaxing but i can only stay in there for about 10 or 15 minutes. Go to the restroom to kind of clean yourself out before getting in to Jacuzzi, Spa or Pool. That way you might avoid an accident. I am paraplegic(20 years in a wheelchair) with Website https://sites.google.com/site/wheelchairstyle/home, http://www.facebook.com/wheelchairstyle & https://twitter.com/#!/Wheelchairstyl . Many of the things i do are either done wrong or incorrectly. Doing things the incorrect way is probably what made me paraplegic in the first place. Even though they are probably not correct, i hope my video gives you an idea you might possibly be able to do safely & correctly yourself. Follow these videos at your own risk :)
